OCAC has already taken the initiatives and started implementation of various activities of Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) Scheme under the administrative control of IT Department, Government of Odisha, in order to
- Quickly disseminate the information about the State Government and its various Departments, schemes, activities etc. by sharing of digital information under the State Information Portal (www.orissa.gov.in) ,
- Establish secretariat-wide intranet application services to various Departments.
- Set up, extend, maintain & keep in place, the Secretariat-wide Local Area Network (LAN), the required Infrastructure, Network Backbone, Computer Servers, Nodes, Software and dedicated manpower etc. in a state of readiness.
- Launch the citizen-centric services, e-Governance Services etc.
